IsValidEmail

Validates if the email is available for account registration.

The following routes are available for this service:
POST	/IsValidEmail	SOAP calls use POST HTTP verb with variables embedded in the body.
GET	/IsValidEmail	RESTFUL call with the Email in the URI

Parameters:

To override the Content-type in your clients HTTP Accept Header, append the .csv suffix or ?format=csv
