SetRebillMethod

Set the replenishment method for the account. For "SetAutoPay" = true, the account must be in good standing and have at least one credit card on file.

The following routes are available for this service:
POST	/SetRebillMethod	Set the replenishment method for the account

To override the Content-type in your clients HTTP Accept Header, append the .csv suffix or ?format=csv
