DeactivateVehicle

Remove the plate from the account from the given account id.

The following routes are available for this service:
POST	/DeactivateVehicle	SOAP calls use POST HTTP verb with variables embedded in the body.

To override the Content-type in your clients HTTP Accept Header, append the .json suffix or ?format=json

To embed the response in a jsonp callback, append ?callback=myCallback
