MakePayment

Make a payment towards the account, if no CardID is supplied then the default payment method is used.

The following routes are available for this service:
POST/MakePaymentPost payment to the account.

To override the Content-type in your clients HTTP Accept Header, append the .jsv suffix or ?format=jsv
