CreateLUDSAccountSubmitData

Create an account for LUDS providing account, contact, address

SOAP calls use POST HTTP verb with variables embedded in the body.

To override the Content-type in your clients HTTP Accept Header, append the .soap12 suffix or ?format=soap12
